Our cottages are open from May through October, renting from $700-$1,400 per week, depending upon the season. We require a 50% deposit with each reservation, with balance due on arrival. Sorry, no credit cards accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given if notice is received in writing 60 days prior to planned arrival, minus a $20 administration fee.

Standard Equipment

Each cottage is provided with blankets, pillows, bedspreads. The kitchens have stoves, refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, eating utensils...i.e. from lobster pot to wine glasses, everything is there; including cable TV/VCR. Each cottage also has a picnic table, grill and outdoor chairs.

Check-in time is Saturdays after 3:00 p.m., with check-out Saturdays before 10:00 a.m. Please bring your own linens and towels. A crib and highchair are available upon request at no extra cost. Absolutely NO PETS are permitted.

Reminder:

These are housekeeping cottages and you are expected to leave them clean and neat, the way you found them for the next family. There will be a $100 housekeeping deposit with reservation, to be refunded by mail only.
